Felipe's Place
This site offers a lot of variety: a long platform of hard and soft corals and sponges leads west to a cliff wall. On one of the small sand patches before the wall, at about 24 m, lies a statue of Christ, which has fallen over. Small caves at the cliff hold invertebrates and cryptic fish, and colourful sponges cover the deeper wall. A crevice turns into a tunnel that divers can follow up to about 12 m. Travel & Diving lists it among the deep Providencia sites where sharks are commonly met.
