Garden Eels
Also known as: Garden Eel · Eel Garden
Garden Eels starts with a bow-shaped cliff and a coral garden on the reef top, where anthias swarm and nudibranchs are common. The wall then drops to a sandy slope at around 20 to 25 m, where shy spotted garden eels and splendid sand eels pull back into the sand as divers approach. Cracks along the wall shelter warty frogfish, ghost pipefish, boxer shrimp and sponge crabs. It is one of the most popular night dives off Alona because of the many small animals that come out after dark.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
