Lighthouse Wreck

The Lighthouse Wreck is a Japanese landing craft from the Second World War that was bombed shortly before landing, carrying a load of cement. It now lies in two pieces in only a few metres of water. Yellowtail barracuda, octopus, pipefish, hermit crabs, juvenile harlequin sweetlips and banded sea snakes live around it. Its shallow depth makes it a first wreck for many divers and a common part of the Advanced course.
