Dakit Dakit
Dakit Dakit is a group of small islets, some breaking the surface and some submerged, that can be seen from the beach at Sea Explorers' dive centre. The boulders below are overgrown with soft corals and the site is often called nudibranch heaven, with flatworms, pipefish, seahorses and cuttlefish as well. Sardines school between the rocks and can draw jacks and tuna, and the elusive orangutan crab lives here. Current can be strong at times, but the site is used for check dives, training and night dives.
