Shit Wall
The cliff begins above the waterline across from Nusfjord harbour and slopes down to about 20 m and further. Hundreds of cormorants nest on it, and the nutrients from their droppings feed thousands of dahlia anemones that carpet the rock from just under the surface. The most colourful stretch is shallow, toward the harbour, so it pays to begin at the north end in shallow water. Since depth adds nothing here, it works well as a second or third dive, and it is rated suitable for divers of all levels.
