L'Aquarium
A straight canyon about 30 m long and 4 to 5 m wide, with white sand and walls reaching the surface, leads into a second canyon at right angles. From there divers enter a circular clearing of 10 to 12 m across, ringed by rock walls and crowded with grunts, sergeant majors, chromis, black durgons and several angelfish species. Nearby an unusually regular arch, about 1.5 m high, 4 m wide and 5 to 6 m deep, is lined with fairy basslets and lace coral, and a hawksbill turtle sometimes waits at its exit. Side canyons hold dozens of Brazilian spiny lobsters. The site is exposed, and the current can be rather strong on the way back.
