Nudi Falls

Also known as: Nudifalls

The name comes from the story that divers' bubbles knock nudibranchs off the wall so that they fall onto the divers below. The dive runs from a sheer wall over a rock pile and sand slope into a rubble channel with a forest of big soft corals, scenery that Lembeh Resort and Murex call unlike any other in the strait. Gorgonians on the lower wall hold Bargibant pygmy seahorses, anemones host Banggai cardinalfish, and giant frogfish, rhinopias, harlequin shrimp, robust ghost pipefish and wonderpus are all possible. The boat often ties up to overhanging trees, and the sunlight through the canopy makes the safety stop a favourite for photographers. Together with Jahir it is the most popular night dive in the strait.
