Five Seas
Also known as: 5 Seas · Cinco Mares
Five Seas, Cinco Mares in Spanish, takes its name from a shipwreck of which only bits remain. The dive starts at about 6 m on a rocky plateau covered with sea fans and soft corals, followed by a short wall to about 14 m with angelfish and schooling tarpon below. Curious Nassau groupers follow divers through the whole dive, and black groupers visit cleaning stations. Coral enthusiasts find a pillar coral colony right below the boat as well as white maze coral, Mussa and Scolymia. Undercurrent's reviewer counted many Caribbean reef sharks and saw golden basslets under a ledge.
