McDonald's

Also known as: McDonalds

McDonald's is named for a large coral-covered arch that grows right at the edge of the Grand Turk Wall. Divers begin on a sandy back reef at around 30 feet and follow the sand as it slopes gently and then dips just before the wall. The arch spans that dip, and passing through it brings divers out over the wall at about 70 feet with deep blue water below. Scuba Diving magazine notes the arch is wide enough for two or three divers at once. Parrotfish, groupers, moray eels and spotted eagle rays are among the marine life reported here.
