Selinog Island

Also known as: Silinog

Selinog is an island barangay of Dapitan out in the Sulu Sea and is protected as a landscape and seascape, so reserve and no-take rules apply. Divers explore reef flats, coral walls and sheltered pockets around the island. It is reached as a guided boat day trip with a local operator, and the Dakak resort combines it with Aliguay on island-hopping tours. Schools of fish and colourful corals are the main attractions.
