Cesar's Reef
Cesar's Reef is a compact reef area that attracts big fish. Napoleon wrasse, tuna and parrotfish are reported here, along with schools of surgeonfish, barracuda and snappers. Blue-spotted stingrays rest on the bottom. The local descriptions reserve the site for experienced divers.
