Cayo Lobito

Cayo Lobito is famous for the nurse sharks that rest around its reef, so many that Scuba Diving magazine jokes it could be called the Hospital. Jacks and barracuda patrol the site alongside them. SSI also mentions hawksbill turtles, flamingo tongue snails and southern stingrays on the reef. The dive reaches a maximum of about 23 m, and both the magazine and My Guide Puerto Rico rate it as a dive for intermediate divers. It is a different site from neighbouring Cayo Lobo.
