Submerged Rock
Submerged Rock is best known for its swim-through, a large hole through the seamount where light pours in and divers, rays and schools of fish pass from one side to the other. Dense schools of blue and gold snappers, surgeonfish, jacks and goatfish surround the rock. Pregnant whitetip reef sharks and their young are often found here, and marble rays come here to mate. Large pelagics are less frequent than elsewhere, but a hammerhead or whale shark can appear.
