Manuelita Channel

Manuelita Channel is one of the main dives at Manuelita Island, listed by Undersea Hunter apart from Manuelita Outside and Manuelita Coral Garden. Currents can be strong. The dive begins at the first cleaning station, where Aggressor crews report hammerheads passing through and schools of jacks, and then heads southeast with the island on the left. Huge boulders give divers cover while they wait for curious tiger sharks, which Undersea Hunter says appear on most dives. Dives often end with a drift into the shallower Manuelita Coral Garden. Groups commonly take turns between this site and Manuelita Outside, the side closer to the open ocean.
