Muka Kampung

Also known as: Depan Kampung

Its other name, Depan Kampung, means 'in front of the village', and the site continues the reef line from Lekuan. It starts as a wall that becomes a steep slope halfway along, and dive centres drift it with the current. Two Fish Divers calls it turtle city because turtles are everywhere and not shy at all. Pyramid butterflyfish, redtooth triggerfish and fusiliers fill the water, banded sea snakes and whitetip reef sharks patrol the wall, and eagle rays and tuna appear in the deeper part. On the slope, leaf scorpionfish, nudibranchs and razorfish reward a slower look.
