Gorango
The wall is split by many cracks and vertical canyons and carries colourful hard and soft corals. Snappers, surgeonfish, groupers, parrotfish, triggerfish and schools of fusiliers live along it, and napoleon wrasse visit. Raja Laut explains that the name means shark in the Manado language, but says there are no more sharks here than at other sites. Bunaken Divers does report reef sharks passing below the wall. The site lies far out in the park, more than half an hour by boat.
