USS Saratoga
Also known as: USS Saratoga CV-3
The carrier is close to 270 m long, so divers need several dives to see more than a small part of it. The top of the superstructure lies shallow enough that the wreck is often used as the second, shorter dive of the day to reduce decompression. Helldiver aircraft remain in the forward elevator shaft and two more lie on the sand off the starboard bow, with bombs still on board. Guided penetration leads through passageways to the galley, machine shop and a sick bay with its dentist chairs. The gun director on top of the bridge collapsed into the elevator shaft in 2008.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
