Dottins

Also known as: Dottin

Dottins is a reef off Holetown that forms part of the Folkestone marine park and is among the most popular dives on the west coast. Operators often use it as the second dive after the Stavronikita and for resort dives. The corals are attractive, and hundreds of schooling fish including bar jacks and yellowtail snappers move over the reef, with barracuda and turtles seen regularly. The larger sand patches add moray eels, trunkfish and spotted drums. Divers can return several times without tiring of it.
