Vatuo
Vatuo sits near the northern tip on the west side of the island. A slope covered in fine hard corals and sponges leads down to an excellent wall. Because the Indonesian Throughflow first touches Atauro here on its way south from the Banda Sea, Indo Pacific Images recommends watching the blue for migrating mammals and pelagic fish.
