Ilha do Farol

Ilha de Cabo Frio, also called Ilha do Farol, has a small beach close to the Boqueirão, the strait between the island and the mainland. The bottom below it lies between 2 and 18 m. The water is clear and the marine life varied. Fully protected from wind and rough sea, the spot is well suited to beginners.
