Wolang Cave
Also known as: Wolang Cavern · Goa Wolang · Gowa Wolang
Two caverns cut into the coast of South Alor, one with an air pocket and the other with a swim-through. Inside, divers find crabs, nudibranchs, lobsters and electric clams, and often nurse sharks and large marble rays; shark eggs can be seen as well. Bluefin trevally hunt around the caves. After leaving the cavern, the dive continues along slopes and a colourful wall covered in orange soft corals. The water is colder in the south and surge is common.
