Pertamina Jetty

This industrial site lies under the refuelling pier near Kalabahi, and Mermaid notes it is only open to divers from time to time. The sandy slope and the pier pillars give cover to a long list of critters: frogfish, stonefish, Ambon scorpionfish, fingered dragonets, squat lobsters and many nudibranchs. Guides report wonderpus and mimic octopus, and mandarinfish live near the shallows. Alor Underwater Explorers rates it a beginner dive, and Manta Mae uses it as a night dive.
