The playful English name refers to the many kinds of schooling fish, but the strong current makes it a serious drift dive for advanced divers. Fusiliers, sweetlips, snapper, batfish and great barracuda gather over the reef, with trevally, tuna, reef sharks and mobula rays out in the blue. Closer in, divers find turtles, whip coral shrimp, anemone shrimp, lobsters and frogfish. Alor Tanapi notes that the coral beneath the fish is just as worth a look.
