Ranger Station
Ranger Station is named after the rangers' post at the southernmost tip of the North Atoll, and a channel leads towards it. DIVER magazine reports less current here than at the exposed corners, with large dogtooth tuna swimming against the current and many anemones with their clownfish on the bottom. Black-spotted pufferfish in many colour variations are common. SSI MyDiveGuide describes steep walls with intact corals, large schools of fish, sharks and pelagics.
