Polo Channel

Polo Channel lies on Isla Bastimentos and is regarded by local dive centres as one of the best dives in Panama. Divers move between dramatic rock structures and canyon-like walls where light shines through cracks. The caverns and swim-throughs are shallow, with a stated maximum of about 12 m. It is only dived in calm conditions on seasonal trips, usually from August to November.
