Bajo de la Morra was marked as a dive site more recently than the classic shoals of the reserve. The boat moors in the gorge between its two rock formations, which makes it one of the deepest moorings in the reserve. The walls of the canyon shelter medium and large groupers, octopus and moray eels, while big schools of white seabream and saddled bream swim above. Barracuda move between the shoals, and eagle rays and sunfish are seen passing in the blue. Divers Cabo de Palos recommends it for advanced divers, although shallower routes exist for less experienced ones.
