Host Amphorae

Also known as: Anfore · Island of Host

A sunken ship once carried amphorae of several types and sizes here. Large cemented clusters lie at about 9 m, and broken and partly intact vessels are scattered from about 15 to 28 m. Pieces of the ship's crockery and a grain millstone have also been found. It is about 10 minutes by boat from Vis and is rated for all divers.
