Rose Garden
The Rose Garden is a band of broken boulders between two walls, reaching from the small rocks known as the Hedge Hog nearly to Easter Rock. Sponges in many colours, from red and orange to purple and white, share the rocks with sea whips, sea ferns, ascidians, zoanthids, solitary corals and tube worms. Typical fish include boarfish, butterfly perch, cowfish, jackass morwong, wrasse, trumpeter and leatherjackets. At this depth bottom time is short, so photographers need a clear plan.
