Aquarium

Also known as: Aquarium Reef

A west-end reef south of the Frederiksted Pier named for its abundance of colourful reef fish. Patch reef at 30 to 50 feet gives way to solid reef from 50 to 80 feet.

Aquarium gets its name from the many brightly coloured reef fish that make it feel like a fish tank. Shallow patch reef lies between about 30 and 50 feet and a solid reef continues from 50 to 80 feet. The two zones let the dive be planned shallow or deep. It is one of several sites reached by a short boat ride south of the Frederiksted Pier.
