Velassaru Caves

Also known as: Vellasaru Caves · Velassaru Cave

The overhangs spread between about 10 and 30 metres and light falls into them from above. Their location in the channel between two atolls brings everything from macro life to large pelagic fish. Diverland mentions a good chance of seeing a thresher shark here. Diverland splits the reef into Velassaru Caves South, North and Corner dives.
