Paliton Staghorn
Paliton Staghorn begins where Paliton Wall flattens into a sandy slope. Its name comes from two large sections of staghorn coral, joined by barrel sponges and plenty of reef fish such as snappers and drummers. Blue ribbon eels are the highlight for many divers. Marine Conservation Philippines says most of the interest lies between about 10 and 20 m, although the slope continues past 30 m. It is described as an easy site for novices and also good for snorkelling.
