Weißer Steinbruch
Weißer Steinbruch lies on the steep east shore of the Traunsee and can only be reached by dive boat. The regional tourism board describes a sheer wall that plunges about 160 m. The Traunsee dive school Adventure Diving names it among the east-wall sites it visits by boat, alongside Eisenau, Hundsgraben and Fledermausbucht. Divers climb back on board by a dive ladder after the dive.
