Jardin del Eden
Also known as: Ponderosa · Cenote Eden · El Eden · Garden of Eden · Pon-da-Rosa
The open area is mostly about 5 m deep, with moss-covered boulders, guppies, swordtails, cichlids and slider turtles, and it is busy with snorkellers and swimmers. The cavern route passes fossils and crosses a halocline at roughly 10 to 13 m before reaching a maximum of about 15.5 m. Dive centres use it for courses and first cavern dives, and Divernet notes it is used on days when the sea is too rough. Cave divers can continue from here to Chikin Ha, Cenote Azul and the Chapel Room. A wooden deck, a jump platform and diver stairs make entry easy.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
