Tanjung Tokong
Also known as: North Point · Tanjung Tok Kong · TG Tokong
The site sits off a ridge at the northern tip of Redang, right beside Turtle Bay at Chagar Hutang, where the SEATRU turtle project has its field station, so green and hawksbill turtles are seen more often here than elsewhere. Divers usually enter east of Chagar Hutang Bay at 5 to 7 m and follow the slope down towards 30 m. Because the point is exposed, the current can pick up and the sea can get rough, which draws jacks, trevally, fusiliers and schools of barracuda. Soft coral, sponges and sea fans grow on the boulders, and a resident napoleon wrasse is often reported. Keeping the reef on the left, divers can finish the dive in Turtle Bay among colourful hard and soft corals.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
