Twin Lions Rock

Also known as: Twin Lions · Shuangshi Rock · 雙獅岩 (Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan))

The two lions differ: the right one has varied terrain and stronger current, the left one a rich coral cover with many blue tangs. Entering on the left side, divers reach two well-lit caves at around 35 m with plenty of fish. Strong currents with changing direction bring pelagic fish such as jacks and giant trevally, and eagle rays, sea turtles, sea snakes and humphead wrasse have been reported. Outside the reef golden perch are always present, and dragon snappers patrol the coral. Carrying camera gear in and out over the rocks is hard work.
