Four Ditch
Also known as: Siao Tao Gou · 四條溝 (Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan))
Above water a rocky cape juts out from the coast, and below it the cliff face is cut by four channels that give the site its name. The stretch from here to Old Man Rock is one of the best-known drift dives of the island. In summer the current runs at 1 to 3 knots, and at the corners of the rock walls down- and up-currents can form without warning. Local sources rate it an advanced boat dive and advise beginners against it.
