Lima Rock South
On its southern side Lima Rock drops away in a mix of sloping coral wall and vertical wall, with coral pinnacles scattered around the site. Sheesa Beach counts it among its favourite dives, but strong currents, including down currents, demand care. Whale sharks, tuna, big-eye trevally, cobia, barracuda and kingfish pass by, while friendly batfish, turtles, anemonefish and honeycomb morays stay closer to the reef. Thistle coral is a feature of the site, and ScubaGo notes it as a good place for scooter (DPV) dives.
