Lea Lea's Lookout
Also known as: Lea Lea's Look · Lealeas Lookout
At Lea Lea's Lookout two narrow cuts run from the mooring through the hardpan to the open wall. Most divers drop down one canyon, follow the wall at depth and come back up through the other, and Little Cayman Divers describe a hole in the hardpan that opens into a large swim-through. Below the exit the wall is covered with soft corals, gorgonians, barrel and vase sponges, home to neck crabs, slender filefish and basket stars. Sailfin blennies and yellowhead jawfish live on the hardpan, while sharks, eagle rays and hawksbill and green turtles cruise along the wall. Dive The World mentions a chamber called 'The Great Room' where seahorses and lettuce sea slugs have been found.
