La Lézardette
From the mooring above a rocky peak at about 4 m, divers choose between two routes. Heading towards Pointe de la Lézarde the bottom drops gently to about 8 m and then along a well-encrusted wall to 20 or 30 m. Heading back towards the beach the dive winds through a labyrinth of rock heads where lobsters and spotted drums of different ages hide. On the edge of the Grande Anse seagrass bed green turtles graze and surgeonfish are common. The site suits snorkellers, first-time divers and certified divers alike.
