Kujuppama

Also known as: 九十浜 (Japanese)

The beach on the small Suzaki peninsula is also popular for swimming. Its bright white sand stays shallow, so divers can watch and photograph at leisure. From winter into spring Japanese lumpsuckers, snailfish and many nudibranchs appear, and seahorses are found here too. The current is very weak.
