Brissare Rocks
Also known as: Brissare Rock · Brissaire Rock · Brissaire Rocks · Brizare Rock
Brissare Rocks are a cluster of granite blocks that break the surface in open water off the north of Mahé. Underwater the slabs and surrounding outcrops carry soft corals and sea fans, with clouds of reef fish around them. The currents attract larger fish, including whitetip and blacktip reef sharks, barracuda, eagle rays and batfish, while lobsters, morays and turtles hide among the rocks. Atoll Divers notes that the site is rarely visited because of its distance and is usually dived between March and May and from September to December. The neighbouring Dragon's Teeth is often dived straight after it.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
