Amoujie Maman
Amoujie Maman lies east of Booby Island and Aride in open water. Divers make a negative descent onto huge granite rocks separated by sandy channels, where it is easy to lose orientation. They can shelter between boulders or let the current carry them past gullies and canyons with views into the blue. Snappers, barracuda, kingfish, sharks and eagle rays are common, and whale sharks and mantas occasionally appear. Local fishermen also value the site for its fish.
