Whale Rock

Blue Water divides it into an amphitheatre section with a small wall decorated with fan corals, soft corals and glass corals, and a canyons section of large boulders that goes deeper. Schooling fusiliers, rudderfish, batfish and giant moray eels are regulars. Because the site sits on a point, larger pelagic fish pass through when the current runs. Destination Ile Maurice rates it for level 3 divers, and Residence Peramal says the currents keep level 1 divers away.
