Victory Reef

Also known as: Victory

Victory Reef has very large coral spurs and deep grooves that run down a sloping ledge, with a wide sand channel in the middle. Islamorada Dive Center says the channel funnels sharks, rays and hogfish between the walls, and Key Dives regularly sees sharks, moray eels and schools of jacks. The I.CARE project has outplanted and monitored corals here for several years. Divernet describes it as a reef dive of about 16 metres with good visibility.
