Anse de Paulilles

Also known as: Paulilles

Paulilles bay lies between Cap Béar and Cap Oullestreil and is outside the marine reserve. It is usually calmer than the offshore sites, with clear water, bright rocks and Posidonia seagrass. Remains of the former industrial site on the shore can be seen underwater. White seabream and octopus are common and a grouper sometimes shows up. CAP Port-Vendres reaches it by boat, and Plongeur.com lists it as a shallow shore dive.
