San Luis Beach
Divers enter from stairs at the beach, steadying themselves on the rocks because the bottom step is slick. Concrete buckets at about 20 ft act as tie-off points for floats. Towards the north, a large bubble-tip anemone with clownfish sits in a coral head. Turtles, morays, nudibranchs and the occasional octopus are common, and map pufferfish, barracuda and spotted eagle rays have been seen. The beach is on base, so divers must carry their certification card.
