Quaak
Also known as: Stavenisse Quaak
A concrete stair leads over the dike; near it the water is first shallow before the bottom drops steeply, or divers walk right along the oyster banks to enter near the channel. Sand, oyster banks and stones alternate, and the remains of old jetties help navigation but also bring unpredictable, strong current. Lobsters, anemones and sea urchins live among the oysters. The site is dived at low-water slack only.
