Yonehara W Reef
Also known as: 米原Wリーフ (Japanese) · Pukapi · Yonehara W reef, West
The two large heads are known locally as Pukapi, and the coral around them is healthy and covers wide areas. Anthias and damselfish swarm over the coral, and one guide rates the number of anthias as the highest of the Kabira dive sites. Whitetip reef sharks rest under the overhangs in the reef faults, and the drop-off on the east side holds square-spot anthias. Okinawa sand tilefish live at about 15 to 17 m and are sought after by fish enthusiasts. The reef is only about five minutes by boat from the beach and is also good for snorkelling.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
