Mount Everest

Also known as: Mt Everest

Mount Everest rises from the sand to a kelp-covered peak, with a 20 metre drop-off leading into a large cavern on its flank. Soft corals and zoanthids grow around the cavern, and striped trumpeter gather near the top. The Canyon, the Castle and the Golden Bommies dives normally finish by spiralling up the mound. The peak can only be used in calm seas, and southern right whales or dolphins are occasionally seen during the stop.
