Sanganeb West
Also known as: Saganeb West
The western side of Sanganeb is where the atoll's lagoon opens to the sea, and Sudan Marine Parks names the West Wall among the dive areas of the reef. Wannadive describes the site as a reef dive reached by liveaboard, with an average depth of about 10 m and a maximum of 25 m. Current is usually low and visibility is rated as excellent, above 30 m. Seawolf Safari names the west side on its combined Sanganeb page, though its description covers only the south side and the north plateau.
